Locally,Haomen Aluminum Industry was perceived as an ordinary manufacturer of aluminum alloy doors and windows.However,it has successfully embarked on a new path of transformation.Aluminum for lightweight transportation and other industrial materials now accounts for70%of its production capacity.High-end products such as automotive anti-collision beams,ABS valve blocks,new energy vehicle heat dissipation plates,blade batteries,and battery trays have become the industry's"ceiling."
The transformation began in2016when the Chinese real estate industry was booming,bringing Haomen Aluminum Industry a plethora of orders.Chairman Zhao Zhonghua frequently traveled across the country,especially to developed regions like the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta,participating in various production and sales activities and industrial aluminum profile summits.Despite the high quality of Haomen products,Zhao sensed a deep crisis:it was challenging to raise prices.The only solution was to continually enhance the technological"gold content"and move towards the high end of the industry to avoid market elimination.

However,transformation was no easy feat.With a total investment of500million yuan,undertaking a project that yielded no short-term benefits and required continuous financial investment demanded immense determination and courage.Zhao's idea received strong support from the Luozhuang District Committee and Government.The district intensified efforts in talent introduction and technological transformation services,helping the company realize talent and platform preferential policies.Assistance was provided to Haomen Aluminum Industry in establishing a lightweight transportation practice base.Twelve technology achievements were successfully transformed.Through facilitation,the company collaborated with renowned universities such as Shandong University and Jiangsu University,with a cumulative investment of100million yuan in research and development funds.They successfully developed the7A52high-performance aluminum profile,with a tensile strength of450megapascals,1.5times that of steel,and2.5times that of ordinary aluminum.
Today,Haomen Aluminum Industry boasts five aluminum alloy production lines for new energy vehicles,producing battery trays,anti-collision beams,sunroof guides,and door sill beams.It has formed a complete industry chain of"alloy ratio-raw material homogeneity-extrusion forming-heat treatment-precision machining of parts."Collaborating with top expert Wang Deqiu's team,they conquered the core technology of Tesla's BMS electronic control module,becoming the exclusive supplier for Tesla's electronic control module.They fully participated in the design and development of specialized battery trays and battery heat management systems for Ningde Times'4C Kirin battery,successfully entering Ningde Times'core supply circle through the certification of all146projects.
