On October15th,the"Hospitality Shandong,Quality Shandong,'I Love You'"foreign student experiential tour group visited Huangshan Town in Luozhuang District,Linyi City,Shandong Province,to gain firsthand insights into the"Smart Huangshan"project.
"One screen to view the whole town,one screen to manage the whole town."In Huangshan Town,there is a digital platform that combines digitization,informatization,modernization of rural governance,diversification of industrial development,convenience of public services,and automation of environmental improvement.It uses digital technology to empower smart rural development and contribute to rural revitalization.
During their visit to Huangshan Town,the tour group learned about the development of the"Digital Huangshan"platform.The Digital Huangshan platform is a comprehensive digital platform planned by the Huangshan Town government and built by Luozhuang Telecom.The platform primarily includes five major functional modules:digital party building,digital public safety,digital governance,digital public services,and the Special Huangshan module.Its aim is to digitize rural comprehensive governance,enhance the happiness and well-being of the population,and create a model for rural revitalization with Huangshan's unique characteristics.
"Summer is a season with a high incidence of drowning accidents.To prevent such accidents,we have installed anti-drowning equipment in critical rivers,ponds,and other locations.We've set up electronic fences to define danger zones.If someone enters these zones,the digital platform triggers an alarm,and responsible personnel use loudspeakers to advise them to leave,ensuring the safety of human lives to the greatest extent,"explained the guide.The digital public safety module primarily centralizes monitoring of key locations in Huangshan Town on the platform,including important checkpoints at village entrances,schools,businesses,hospitals,and more."In the future,we will gradually open the monitoring of school entrances to parents through mobile apps.By using public video feeds,we can guide and ensure orderly drop-off and pick-up procedures to the greatest extent,protecting the safety of students and teachers.Additionally,by integrating enterprise monitoring data into the platform,we can monitor and ensure standardized production by businesses."
By accessing real-time monitoring of pollution from key polluting enterprises,the platform prevents unauthorized operations and emissions.The use of smart bracelets and other terminal devices allows real-time health monitoring of elderly individuals living alone.The one-click SOS function enables them to request help in case of accidents,initiating rescue efforts within the shortest possible time.GPS tracking devices installed on watering trucks provide the platform with real-time feedback on the vehicles'routes,displaying them for route planning and optimization.Alert devices on garbage bins automatically report to grid personnel when the bins reach a certain threshold,ensuring prompt garbage collection and greatly improving the living environment.
After a detailed presentation by the guide and a demonstration on a large screen,the tour group gained an understanding of the significant role played by the digital governance module in enhancing comprehensive rural governance.
In the digital public services module,the tour group observed that villagers could complete online payments and shopping without leaving their homes.They could also report questions through a mobile app,with town interface personnel providing point-to-point answers.By integrating with public transportation routes and schedules,villagers could accurately obtain public transportation details and plan their travel time effectively.
The Special Huangshan module oversees the management of all tourist attractions within Huangshan Town,pinpointing the locations of unique tourist resources such as willow weaving,Wuhu Wetland,and Dongcai Homestays.It allows for the activation of corresponding scenic live broadcasts,using images and videos to showcase Huangshan's tourist attractions.This serves as an external display platform for the beautiful rural construction of Huangshan Town.The platform integrates high-quality rural tourism resources,rural cultural resources,agricultural and sideline products,digitizing and informatizing these resources and then accurately delivering them to urban users via the internet.This enables more urban users to understand,explore,experience,and appreciate rural areas,ultimately facilitating seamless information exchange between urban and rural areas and supporting rural revitalization.

The"Hospitality Shandong,Quality Shandong,'I Love You'"foreign student experiential tour in Linyi was organized by the Information Office of the People's Government of Shandong Province,hosted by the Education Department of Shandong Province,co-hosted by the Information Office of the People's Government of Linyi City,and managed by China Shandong Net.During the event,15international students from eight countries,studying at universities in Shandong such as Shandong First Medical University,Shandong University of Architecture,and Shandong Jiaotong University,along with some media reporters,visited Yinquan Village in Yinan,Feixian's Premium Product Exhibition Center,Yunpu Dongtian Scenic Area,and Huangshan Town in Luozhuang District.They had the opportunity to experience Shandong comprehensively and intimately,gaining a better understanding of Shandong and sharing Shandong's stories with the world through their first-hand experiences.(Wang Qinglong Zhuang Huixi)
